KEVIN MAYHEW THE ROAD Freight Association (RFA) is to announce changes to its structure that will result in existing CEO, Sipho Khumalo, vacating his post. Khumalo was appointed to the position 18 months ago. The RFA and Khumalo will release a media statement shortly about the changes and circumstances of his move, according to a spokesperson. The appointment of Khumalo as CEO, based on his previous experience within the Department of Transport, was a major shift for the country’s main freight representative body which had been dominated by big trucking and mainly white companies.
