Last chance to comment on Customs Bills

The Standing Committee on Finance has invited stakeholders and interested parties to submit written submissions and any indication to make oral presentation on the Draft Bills listed below by no later than 12:00 on 28 October. These Bills will be introduced in the National Assembly this week (24 October 2013). • Draft Customs and Excise Amendment Bill • Draft Customs Control Bill • Draft Customs Duty Bill Public hearings will be conducted at Parliament on Wednesday, 30 October.
