How not to redistribute land

The latest report from Transparency International Zimbabwe - titled, An Analysis of Transparency and Accountability in Land Sector Governance in Zimbabwe – should give ammunition to the opponents of the proposal by Julius Malema’s EFFon how land in SA should be redistributed.

The Transparency finding was that, with a high demand for land in Zimbabwe, “shocking levels of corruption” have surrounded land governance in the country.

The anti-corruption watchdog attributed this to the lack of transparency in land distribution.
