Operational hours at the various border posts between South Africa and Mozambique and Swaziland will be extended over the coming Easter period in order to handle the expected volumes of traffic. The Border Control Operational Coordinating Committee (BCOCC) said the Lebombo border post would operate 24 hours a day between April 20 and May 4 while the Oshoek border post between South Africa and Swaziland would be open 24 hours a day from April 21 to May 2. At the Lebombo port of entry between South Africa and Mozambique truck drivers are advised to clear at the Komatipoort commercial facility to prevent possible congestion.
