DIESEL ENGINES for Cuba is the latest trend in the fortunes of Atlantis Diesel, one of the two companies represented by Renfreight as forwarding agents in the Exporter of the Year contest.

Consani Engineering is the other, with their growing market in the export of empty and full stainless steel tanks, a market that has enjoyed the recent offshore investment moves as stainless steel products have great value in this respect.

Across at Atlantis, engine blocks and parts are now finding their way to various parts of the world, but the Cuba contract has become a major attraction. A government contract, it was started at the beginning of this year mainly in the field of truck engines, and is providing a boon to the Western Cape industrial development in general.
