ZIMBABWE'S Grain Marketing Board has been ordered by the High Court to pay a shipping firm R300 000 in expenses incurred through demurrage charges.
Portdoor Freight was declared to have incurred the charges at Beira in June 1995, because the government-owned organisation had been inefficient in preparing documents for the harbour authorities.

documents were not ready on time.
