AFTER 13 years on the Zambia route, forwarding agent Nesh Freight has honed its service to a finely tuned operation, says owner Ranga Reddi.
Established in 1991, the company specialises in Zambia-bound cargo and has gradually acquired its own fleet of ten trucks with a further 20 subcontracted vehicles at its disposal.
It operates a daily frequency for FCLs, LCLs and breakbulk cargo, moving mainly industrial equipment and machinery.
Its Zambian agency network includes representation in Kitwe and Lusaka.
While the stronger rand has put the brakes on export growth for the moment, Reddi is upbeat about the market’s future potential.
The company recently launched a specialist service for the movement of fuel to Zimbabwe on a full load basis only.
Nesh Freight will continue to pursue its niche marketing strategy, with Mozambique and the DRC possible regions of future growth, says Reddi.
