MSC has announced an upgrade to its Angola Express service with a first sailing of the MV Nikolas from Rotterdam on September 18.
The line will deploy six vessels with a nominal capacity of 2 000 TEU on its new service, which will include new port calls at Rotterdam, Antwerp and Bassens.
It will also include a direct call from Casablanca to destinations in West Africa.
The port rotation is: Rotterdam-Antwerp-Bassens (Bordeaux)-Sines-Casablanca-Las Palmas/Las Palmas-Conakry-Luanda-Dakar-Rotterdam.
MSC said that transit times and final scheduled departures will be communicated shortly.
