Stack dates are back on track

SWIFT ACTION by Cargo Info Africa and Portnet has ensured that the daily updated stack dates and ships in port information on FTW's sister publication on the Internet, is once again up-to-date.
An e-mail message from one of Cargo Info Africa's regular readers, Ashley Doherty of Sappi's Export Services, complaining of out-of-date information spurred CIA editor Gaile Thompson into action.
A few calls to Portnet established a glitch in their system, and with Cape Town's acting port manager Captain Woodend and Durban marketing manager Ronnie Holtshausen working at full throttle to address the problem, it was solved overnight.
