SA’s leading trade partners

South Africa has experienced shifts in the ranking of its key trade partners. While China remains the country's top import source, India has dropped from second to fourth place, with Germany moving up to take its position. The United States has gained significance, now ranking third, while Thailand holds the fifth spot.On the export front, notable changes have also occurred. China, previously the leading export destination, has fallen to fourth place. The United States now ranks first, followed by Germany and the United Kingdom, with Japan rounding out the top five. ER
