When the Beira Corridor roadshow hosted a conference in the Zimbabwean capital Harare, Jorge Paraskeva, managing director of Africa Logistics, was not too surprised when it attracted over 200 delegates. The company is strengthening its presence in Zimbabwe because, he says, freight is moving despite the economic challenges and shortage of foreign exchange. “We are on a sales and marketing drive to secure robust position as a logistics integrated provider,” he told FTW.
