THE INTERNET freight and space matching company, Transfusion, reports growing momentum in
its marketplace with more than
12 000 tons of freight having been processed through the system in the two months since launch.
This rate of processing is equivalent to five pantechnicon loads a day. Not much in the grand scheme of things, said product manager, Matthew Costello, but a highly impressive start for the young company.
The Transfusion e-mailing system
currently has subscriptions from over
2 000 manufacturers and 600 transport companies.
It has been developed by Cape-based Solution Dynamix, internationally known for its programming for the SAP group.Ê
