June 1 sees the launch by Mango Airlines of a new service between Lanseria and Zanzibar.

The airline already operates a service from OR Tambo.

“The Lanseria departure will allow for internal connections from Durban and Cape Town,” said marketing head of Mango Airlines Benediction Zubane.

A Boeing Next Generation 737-800 operated on the route.
