“We are actively
involved with Transnet Port
Terminals as far as port
EDI is concerned. Testing
is ongoing and we hope
to launch this into a live
environment as soon as we
can.”
The three-year-old
Gauteng based firm has
offices nationwide, and has
recently been given Level
4 BEE status with constant
focus on company-wide
improvements on top of
system enhancements.
Growing from basic tariff
book capturing applications,
Easy Clear has expanded
its offering to include basic
import and export modules,
incorporating electronic disk
formats and electronic data
interchange (EDI).
Warehousing modules
have been introduced into
the software, incorporating
management and tracking
systems that were fully
compatible with all
Microsoft-based operating
systems, including the newly
released Windows Vista
platform.
