Aviation GSA announces key appointments

GAUTENG-BASED Aviation GSA reports several positive changes since its acquisition by the Equity Aviation Group. “The appointment of key specialists has been core to our strategic growth plan,” says chief operating officer Herman Fleischmann. “This is reflected in three recent executive appointments - Sydney Mathuthu has taken over as general manager, Fiona Hall as client care manager and Prega Allogopen as operations manager.” Catering for increased business growth into Africa, the company has expanded its African footprint with the opening of new offices in Namibia and Tanzania. “Operations managers John Kamati (Namibia) and Victor Mwakiposa (Tanzania) will head up the new offices, both of whom bring a wealth of experience to their respective positions,” Fleischmann told FTW. Aviation GSA is planning further expansion with the opening of an office in Cape Town early in 2008.
