an Environmental Levy for
Electricity.
The proposed legislation

Levy; (ii) Schedule No.
8 – Ordinary Levy; (iii)
Draft Rules; (iv) Form DA
185 – Application Form
Registration / Licensing of
Customs and Excise Clients;
(v) Form DA185.4A12
– Electricity Producer
(Chapters VA and Section
59A and the Rules thereto);
and (vi) Form DA161B
– Electricity Account
– Environmental Levy
Account for Electricity.
Comment is due by
25 August 2008.
