China Shipping, the nation’s second-largest shipping conglomerate, is looking at setting up a holding company in SA by the end of the year to streamline its operations in Africa, according to information revealed by Far East sources. With it, the company is expected to control several China Shipping subsidiaries and representative offices in SA.FTW has been told that, although getting close, nothing has yet been finalised about this proposed move.
