P&O NEDLLOYD has completed its acquisition of the container shipping business of Blue Star Line Limited following due diligence and signing of the £60 million purchase.
The move will strengthen the company's position in the market for refrigerated cargo between Australia/New Zealand and North America, the Middle East and Asia, and North Europe/Mediterranean and Central and South America.
