Ideally you will have:
- A minimum of 5-10 years experience in airline cargo, freight forwarding, logistics or international shipping
- Excellent knowledge of cargo documentation and airline procedures
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Strong computer literacy
- Outstanding customer service abilities
- Excellent written and spoken English
- The ability to work accurately under pressure and manage multiple shipments simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Own reliable transport to get to work every day (not for business use)
- Reside within approximately 20 km of Kempton Park

You will:
- Receive enquiries, do quotations and sell our services to prospective clients to reach sales targets
- Arrange international and domestic pet travel
- Book airline cargo reservations
- Prepare export and import documentation
- Liaise with airlines, veterinary authorities, agents and clients worldwide
- Coordinate collections, deliveries and travel schedules
- Guide clients through every stage of their pets' journey and relevant country regulations
