Logistics major
Ziegler South
Africa has been on
an expansion trail
and the acquisition last
September
of a
shareholding
in Cape
Town-based
InHouse
Crown has
been an
important
part of its
growth
strategy.
“Our
Cape Town
office was
established
three
years ago
and we realised that it
would be difficult to grow
the business organically.
We purchased a share of
In House Crown – which
operated under the Crown
brand - in September last
year and
achieved
immediate
success,”
said Ziegler
ZA CEO
Sean
Moore.
Effective
since
March
1, the
company
has been
rebranded
from
InHouse
Crown
Logistics to InHouse
Ziegler Logistics, headed
up by Charl du Toit.
It has a long history
in the Western Cape,
launched by Du Toit
in 1999 as InHouse
Management. In 2008 it
entered into a partnership
with Crown Logistics and
InHouse Crown was born.
“For some time now we
have been searching for a
logistics partner to work
alongside us, both locally
and internationally,” said
Du Toit. “The Ziegler
Group was looking for a
partner to expand into the
Cape Town market and we
immediately realised that
it was a perfect fit.”
Ziegler’s global network
includes 120 own offices
worldwide.

INSERT & CAPTION
For some time
now we have been
searching for a
logistics partner to
work alongside us
and Ziegler was a
perfect fit.
– Charl du Toit
