Are you an experienced Seafreight Estimator looking to join a well-established international freight forwarding business where your pricing expertise will make a real impact?

We're recruiting four experienced Pricing Specialists to join a dynamic team in Johannesburg. If you thrive in a fast-paced clearing and forwarding environment, have a strong understanding of seafreight pricing and enjoy producing accurate, competitive estimates, we'd love to hear from you. 

Duties:

• Preparing accurate and competitive seafreight import and export estimates.
• Sourcing rates and negotiating with carriers and service providers.
• Responding to quotation requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders and overseas partners.
• Ensuring all quotations are commercially viable and aligned with customer requirements.
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of market trends and freight rates.

Requirements: 

• Minimum 5 years' experience preparing seafreight estimates within a clearing and forwarding environment (non-negotiable).
• Experience using ShipShape will be beneficial.
• Extensive knowledge of international seafreight pricing processes.
• Multimodal estimating experience would be highly advantageous
