YEMENIA YEMEN Airways flew from Johannesburg International Airport on December 4 to start the latest service for an international airline flying into South Africa.
Jeddah and Sana, the Yemen capital, are the December destinations for twice-a-week flights, leaving JIA on Saturday and Sunday. On January 16 the airline launches its long-haul service from JIA to Moroni (Comores), Sana and Paris. These flights will take off on a Sunday, returning to South Africa the following Saturday.
