West African ports surcharge

ONGOING CONGESTION at West African ports has forced the reintroduction of a congestion surcharge at several ports with effect from December 6, according to information supplied by Safcor Panalpina. The following charges apply: Luanda $230/TEU; Tema $390/TEU; Apapa $130/TEU; Cotonou $360/TEU; Lome $260/TEU; Matadi $100/TEU; Dakar $35/TEU and Pointe Noire $65/TEU.
