CHRIS VERMEULEN has been appointed national sales and marketing manager: packages at UPS South Africa. He will be based at the company’s Johannesburg headquarters. Vermeulen returns to UPS after spending four months as the executive operations manager with an international courier and express road freight company. Prior to this he was operations director in Johannesburg and operations manager in Dubai during a seven year stint with the company between 1997 and 2004.
