Plans for the establishment of an Africa Training Institute in Mauritius for delegates from across sub-Saharan Africa have moved a step closer. The International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the Mauritian authorities exchanged letters of understanding last year to formalise Mauritius’s commitment to help finance the institute.
