Transnet Port Terminals (TPT) employees donated 50 blankets and 47 pairs of slippers to the Ethembeni Safe Home for the aged, abused and displaced, in Motherwell Eastern Cape last Friday (29 July).
“As much as TPT plays an important role in strengthening our region’s economy, we also believe in the importance of giving back to the communities we operate in. This has been a truly special experience and one that shouldn’t be limited to just Mandela Day,” said Sindie Ndwalaza, Eastern Cape regional corporate affairs manager for TPT.
