The Cape Chamber of Commerce is once again looking to celebrate exporters in the province.
Mary Jean Thomas-Johnson, business information officer?at the Chamber, has urged local exporters of products and services to participate in the annual event.
The Cape Chamber of Commerce Western Cape Exporter of the Year not only celebrates the successes of exporters but goes a long way in encouraging manufacturers to try their hand at exporting.
Entries this year close on September 11 with the gala awards dinner on October 15.
The competition includes a host of categories – from small companies, non-manufacturing companies and excellence in design to excellence in exporting to Africa and the transformation of a business.
