FRITZ PARENT company UPS has taken its supply chain management solutions to a new level with the launch of UPS Consulting.
Aimed at providing clients with supply chain management strategies that more closely align business goals with operational capabilities, the new subsidiary will advise clients on areas like product design, sales and marketing, planning, procurement, production and cash management.
“Businesses often miss the mark by neglecting to integrate supply chain management strategies into the overall business and marketing plans,” a spokesman said.
