'Specialist' units provide know-how

The Greendoor Logistics Group
has been structured to allow
each “individual” company to
concentrate on a specific market
and become specialists in it
while still being able to rely on
the others for advice and support
if necessary, says founder Mike
Koch.
“Although these African
markets share a lot of similarities,
the group has found that having
experts in each area allows them
to offer a far superior service to its
clients than would otherwise be
possible,” he says.
The Group has invested heavily
in a driver training and wellness
programme, which is based
at the group’s head office in
Olifantsfontein.
The training programme is
Teta-accredited.
It is also accredited to do
defensive driving and dangerous
goods training.
