The transport industry met this week to discuss ways of ensuring that it has the infrastructure and human resources with the appropriate level of skills and competencies to ensure that the vision of Asgisa (Accelerated and Shared Growth SA) and JIPSA (Joint Initiative for Priority Skills Acquisition) can be realised.
The morning workshop was facilitated by Dr Piet Bothma, chief executive of TETA, the Transport Education and Training Authority.
