Reddy, steady and poised for further growth

JOY ORLEK TRANSPORT AND warehousing specialist Reddy Cargo Services hasn’t looked back since the opening of a Durban office five years ago. “From a staff of one, we’re now 15 and business is growing,” says Durban manager Rishaad Sheik. The company has established a specialist niche offering transport, warehousing and documentation, tracking cargo to the point of departure from the terminal. Its service portfolio includes transport of abnormal loads and local ( Durban and Johannesburg) full and LCL (less than container load) transport as well as groupage cargo for export and import. The groupage division was launched last year, focusing on overborder consolidations, in particular cyanide for the mining industry. The company is fully hazchem compliant. Several new developments are on the planning boards, among them a service to Zambia.
