Reddy Cargo Services has
just cracked its century,
hitting a total of 101
trucks in its transport
fleet – with the latest
purchase being a Nissan
UD390 truck-tractor,
destined to haul the
Johannesburg-Zimbabwe
route.
The 29-year-old
company, originally
known as Reddy
Freight, now has a wellestablished
client base
contracting its general
transport services,
according to company
director, Sharlin Reddy.
“We have separate
truck fleets for each of
our different areas of
operation,” he told FTW,
“with 25 allocated to the
Johannesburg-Zambia
route; 25 into DRC; 26
into Zimbabwe; and 25
running the national SA
route network.”
And most of the local
fleet hauls the busy
Durban-Johannesburg
cargo artery, he added.
