PX HAS opened an official agency in Maputo in co-operation with the Mozambican government and local railways CFM.
The Mozambique operation is run by Nello Goncalves.
All cargo is routed via Johannesburg with a two-day transit time to Mozambique.
PX specialises in the distribution of commercial parcels and mini-container cargo. All cross-border cargo travels in-bond and is cleared at final destination. Customs clearing facilities have been established in the PX warehouse so that border delays are avoided.
PX's Proof of Delivery service offers customers a signed delivery manifesto within 24 hours of delivery, provided the customer can be contacted by fax.
