Ports policy gazetted

THE WHITE Paper on the National Commercial Ports Policy was gazetted in August under Notice 1409 in Government Gazette No 23715.
A lawyer advising FTW on the progress of the policy was still studying the final document at time of writing.
"But," he said, "having been finally gazetted, no further input can be made in that respect, the focus now being on the legislative process."
