IN THE article headlined “France Pushes For Stronger Business Ties With South Africa” (FTW January 21, 2005) we erroneously identified the accompanying picture as that of the chairman of the French South African Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Philippe Pellegrin. It was in fact the regional chief executive of Bureau Veritas, Vincent D’Arifat. The error is regretted.
