TERRY HUTSON CAPTAIN NEIL Chetty, deputy harbourmaster at Durban, has been promoted to harbourmaster at Port Elizabeth where he takes up his new position in three weeks time. Captain Chetty has been with the National Ports Authority for the past ten years, having served on the tugs and later as pilot before being promoted to deputy harbourmaster at southern Africa’s busiest port. Before that he acquired his ‘sealegs’ and qualifications with Unicorn Shipping.
