One-day transport expo planned for October

theme of a one-day conference organised by the Transport Forum Special Interest Group in celebration of transport month. The event is scheduled for October 2 at the Cedar Park Hotel & Conference Centre in Sandton. A diverse programme is planned: Angeline Nchabeleng of the Department of Transport will discuss South Africa’s road infrastructure readiness for World Cup 2010; Vuyo Kahla will offer feedback on Transnet’s transformation process while Lanfranc Situma of the DoT will provide his input on the National Transport Master Plan.
