Logistics provider
Transitex has launched
a regular LCL service
from its warehouse in
Johannesburg to Maputo
(Mozambique) and Harare
(Zimbabwe).
Consolidated cargo
will depart weekly from
Johannesburg, with an
estimated transit time
of 48 hours for both
destinations.
“The consolidation of
Transitex in Africa, coupled
with the recent opening
of a branch office in
Zimbabwe, has allowed for
an extension of the services
offered, supported by its
own infrastructure in the
region,” a spokesman said.
Transitex recently
embarked on an aggressive
expansion drive that has
seen the opening of new
offices and warehouses
across southern Africa.
