Guaranteeing service
delivery will possibly be one
of the biggest challenges
of 2012, according to Mark
Scott, director of NGL
Logistic Solutions.
Based in Denver,
Johannesburg, the company
has seen some significant
growth in recent years –
something Scott and his
fellow director, Quinton de
Villiers, attribute to their
approach to business.
He says with the current
unpredictability in the
markets and volumes being
down, it has become much
more competitive.
“Delivering on promises
is incredibly important
in the current business
environment.
“It has become
increasingly difficult to
guarantee a service, but that
is what makes the difference
as rate is not always the
deciding factor when it comes
to logistics,” said Scott.
