MOL ship christens new car terminal

TERRY HUTSON TO THE pop of champagne corks and the cutting of ribbons the new bridge between Durban’s Car Terminal and the quayside was christened last week (April 4) with the loading of more than 700 BMWs onto the MOL car carrier Comet Ace. Less than an hour earlier the pure car carrier entered port to discharge cargo and to load the new 3-series cars destined for the United States. See page 4
