KEVIN MAYHEW THE UNCERTAINTY caused by the AP Moller - Maersk and Royal P&O Nedlloyd merger and the fact that the South African Competition Commission has still not ruled on the South African part of this merger, has stalled development plans within the Cross Country Containers Group. “We are precluded from holding any discussions with Maersk or their landside subsidiaries.
