Durban’s maritime law firm Velden Pike Nichols will join the Bowman Gilfillan Africa Group with effect from 1 August this year.
Bowman Gilfillan’s Cape Town partners, Craig Cunningham and Jeremy Prain, will be joined in Durban by Velden Pike Nichols’s partners, Mark van Velden, Andrew Pike and Trudie Nichols, as well as one senior associate and four associates, all of whom will join the Bowman Gilfillan team.
Outside of South Africa, Bowman Gilfillan has offices in Kenya, Tanzania, Uganda, Madagascar and Botswana.
