AFTER A 25-year stint with Maersk Line, the South African MD for the past year, Per Heisselberg, is to leave the line on September 26. Information released to FTW indicated only that Heisselberg was going to Singapore “to attend to other business interests”. A replacement to head up Maersk’s SA outfit is expected to be named any day, but was not available to FTW before going to print.
