THE 1100 TEU Lykes Tracker made its first call at Rotterdam yesterday (November 14), inaugurating the lineÕs new 10-day Europe-Africa-East Coast South America service.
"Since we already operate between the continent and North America (the North America-Africa Service), we have well-established agents in Dakar who will ensure West African inland connections as well as transhipments to southern Africa are fast and reliable," said Tony Bruno, vice president commercial.
The full port rotation for the Europe-Africa-ECSA service is: Rotterdam, Hamburg, Antwerp, Le Havre, Lisbon, Las Palmas, Dakar, Abidjan, Santos, Paranagua, Itajai, Rio de Janeiro, Fortaleza, Rotterdam.
