KLM has reportedly reduced its demands on British Airways (BA) to prevent merger negotiations from collapsing.
According to internet news service Schednet, KLM had previously demanded a disproportionate share of the merged company, but has now dropped its expectations from approximately one third to a quarter of the equity in what would become the world's third largest carrier.
