Ed Richardson THE PORT of Port Elizabeth is gearing up for the fifth annual National Ports Authority (NPA) Port Festival on March 1 & 2. One of the highlights of port festivals held around the country is the SA Formula 1 powerboat series that is now entering the second half of the season. The seventh leg of the series is to take place in Port Elizabeth.
