LAST WEEK saw the opening of a South African embassy in Muscat, Oman. Minister of Foreign Affairs Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, who visited Oman, Kuwait and Iran last week, was on hand for the opening. She was due to sign bilateral agreements in Oman and Kuwait.
