EXPORTERS USING road transport should ensure that their export documents are stamped by customs at the border posts, say trade consultants, Deloitte & Touche.
“They should also request their transporters to obtain an “exported under customs supervision” stamp on their export documentation,” FTW was told.
“This is extremely important if a company intends applying for duty drawbacks.”
