The application is being considered by the International Air Services Council. Tariff Applications – Correction Notice The International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (“ITAC”) has announced that the applicant for the reduction in the rate of customs duty (duty) on electric arc furnace transformers, classifiable under tariff subheading 8504.34, is no longer Cape Gate but ITAC itself.
