Initiation of an investigation into the alleged dumping of glass fibre chopped strand mats and rovings, classifiable under tariff subheadings 7019.31 and 7019.12.90, originating in or imported from the People’s Republic of China and Chinese Taipei. The application was lodged by Owens Corning SA (Pty)Ltd , the only manufacturer of the product under investigation in the Southern African Custom Union (SACU). Response due by 15 December 2003.
